A combination of mindfulness, releasing, and grounding techniques. The sessions are tailored specifically to the guest’s needs and abilities. Yoga meditation sessions incorporate: breathing (pranayama) and mindfulness techniques; props to assist alignment and opening in meditation and yoga poses; self-massage, meridian theory, acupressure, dietary therapeutics, abdominal massage; and a range of other yogic and oriental therapy techniques.
Duration: 60 minutes.

Partner Yoga and Massage
Together with your partner or friend learn and experience a blend of partner yoga poses, meditation and massage techniques to bring you both into a state of greater ease and joy. Your qualified and experienced mediation, yoga and shiatsu massage therapist will design the session specifically to meet both of your needs, abilities and desires. Sessions incorporate; playful partner yoga stretches, self-massage and partner shiatsu massage techniques, breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques. This session is ideal for pregnant couples.
Duration: 75 minutes.
Price: $210 for two people
Move, Meditate and Massage
A combination of releasing and grounding techniques. On day one experience a 2-hour long one-on-one session with a qualified and experienced mediation, yoga and shiatsu massage therapist. Sessions incorporate: breathing techniques (pranayama); props to assist alignment and opening in meditation and yoga poses; self-massage, meridian theory, acupressure, dietary therapeutics, abdominal massage; and a range of other yogic and oriental therapy techniques. Following the first session your therapist will design a short meditation, yoga and self-massage program for the guest to take home. Day two is a deeper immersion into yoga and meditation practice, and a revision of learned techniques. A shiatsu massage builds on the foundation and connection established in day one. Please note: on day two the session will be 1.5 hours long with 30 minutes allowed for the therapist to design a take home program.
Duration: Two days.
Spa bookings are subject to availability and appointment times regularly book out, particularly during weekends and holiday periods. Guests are strongly encouraged to book spa treatments at the time of their initial accommodation booking, when special discounts apply. Bookings are required at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of the appointment time incur a cancellation fee.
