Every room carries the same considered inclusions — nothing to upgrade, nothing missing. At night, the low table is set aside and futon bedding is laid directly on the tatami — the centuries-old way of Japanese-style sleep.

We aim to ensure the best experience for all of our guests while securing our business and team for the future. We appreciate your support and consideration when making reservations and committing to your stay.
| More than fourteen days prior to arrival | The 50% deposit will be held as credit for future reservations within 6 months. |
| Fourteen days or fewer prior to arrival | The full value of your package will be retained as a cancellation fee. |
| Natural disaster or similar | Reservations will be appropriately postponed, with the deposit held as credit towards a future stay. |
