Monetary vouchers
Our vouchers are monetary, so they’re never tied to a single experience. The recipient chooses how to use it – a night in one of our Japanese rooms, a bath at dusk, dinner at the restaurant, a treatment, or simply a little of each.
Most guests give between $200 for a bathing session and $1,200 for a night for two, including dinner and wellness treatments.
Valid for 3 years from the day it’s bought, and redeemable against any stay, table or treatment at current pricing.

- The gift voucher will be sent directly to the recipient unless you select for it to be sent to you instead.
- Valid 3 years from the day it’s bought.
- Non-refundable, but transferable if you tell us before arrival.
- Each voucher is redeemable in one visit only.
- All gift vouchers are redeemable based on current advertised pricing at the time of redemption.
- Reservations using the voucher are subject to availability and can only be made by calling (03) 5348 2030.
- Recipients may top up their voucher during their stay.
